A little closer to home, you can walk to Campus Gas or pickup groceries from nearby Lowe's Food.
The neighborhood is a quiet, secluded subdivision of unique and interesting homes. Our neighbors are kind and respectful, and we expect our guests to be considerate to them and the surroundings.
This is a very typical residential area. Please drive slowly through the neighborhood and down the driveway. There is parking for 4 vehicles, please see check-in instructions for how to park vehicles.
There are two homes connected by a single driveway. This listing is only for the front house. It is very likely that the home behind this one will also be occupied. For this reason, it is important to be aware of parking only in your designated spaces and keeping the driveway clear so vehicles can pass. If having full privacy is a big concern for you, please consider booking both properties on the combined listing.
We are glad for our guests to celebrate exciting life events. However, when this is done, the home should be returned to its prior condition. Because of the difficulty to clean, it is specifically prohibited for guests to use glitter on the property. If we find glitter or remnants of glitter, there will be a $200 cleaning fee for the deep cleaning necessary to return the home to it’s prior condition. Please do not bring glitter into the home.
